CLOTHES, SHOES, AND A GREAT ATTITUDE
STANDARD 50 MINUTES. SESSIONS CAN LAST 75 MINUTES IF IT IS AN “ASSESSMENT/TEST DAY”.
WE START BY AGE GROUP. AS WE GET TO KNOW YOUR ATHLETE, WE BREAK THEM OUT BY SKILL LEVEL TO ENSURE THEY ARE CONSTANTLY CHALLENGED BY THEIR PEERS.
